1. log into your account and find your order and select the items you wish to return. You will be instructed as to where to send the items back to.
2. Please be sure to send the items back to the correct warehouse. Shirts must be sent back to T-Line and Bags must be sent back to the Outfit. If an item is sent to the wrong warehouse, this will delay your refund. Please include the order # in your package. The item must be new with its tags if any.
Unless the items shipped are our error, the shipping fee to and from each warehouse, is the customer's responsibility. When shipping items back, delivery confirmation is strongly recommended.

If items are returned from an order that received free shipping, and the order total falls below $75 when returned, then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total.
If items from an order over $75 is exchanged, only the exchanged items will have shipping charges.
